Q + A

If you have any other questions other than the ones listed; please reach out to the Matron of honor, Kerri Mason at 727-534-4065 for the time being. A wedding planner will be listed soon.
Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1, if you fail to RSVP then your invite will automatically be declined.

Question

Are my children welcome?

Answer

Sorry but there will be no children under the age of 18 allowed. Although we love children, we are having a children free night besides those in the wedding party. We want parents to enjoy their time on a night out!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is considered semi-formal. Obviously, no white! We are hoping to see you in fall tones for this time of year. Please do not wear jeans or terracotta/ rust colored dresses. We suggest women wear cocktail hour dresses and keep an eye on the weather for a jacket. Men should wear slacks with a jacket, tie not required. Boots ENCOURAGED😉

Question

How do I get there?

Answer

Make sure to put Legacy Lane Weddings (120 Legacy Ln. Brooksville, FL 34604) into your maps to arrive at the venue. There will be some dirt roads coming up to a beautiful white house. There will be valet and staff to give directions.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive with enough time to grab a drink and take your seat. I recommend arriving around 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended to stay at the Fairfield (room block & information listed under travel) so that there is a bus to transport you to and from the venue.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be valet parking at the venue (may want to bring small bills for tips). NO CARS CAN BE LEFT AT THE VENUE. Please Uber or Lyft if needed. There is a fine for leaving cars at the venue and it will be charged to you.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We are at max capacity for our venue. Your invitation will specifically state how many seats you have and will be addressed to all those that are invited.
