Ceremony
1:30 pm - 2:15 pm

We are doing a small, semi-private ceremony before the reception so please check your invites to see which events you've been invited to. If you have been invited to the ceremony, it will begin promptly at 2:00 pm, so arrival around 1:30 pm will ensure you have adequate time for parking etc. Please park in the parking garage on level 4, then walk down to level 3 and exit the parking garage from the way you drove in. The spa is located at the round about across from the water fountain. Check in at the spa front desk. After the ceremony, we will be taking photos so please stay at the venue until we have gotten photos with you!
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Guests who are arriving from the ceremony venue to the reception location will have some time in between the ceremony and reception, so, if you are coming from the ceremony you do not have to go straight to the reception location if you do not wish to. All guests can arrive at the reception location between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. This will serve as the "cocktail hour", while the couple is still at the ceremony venue for photos. There will be small bites, drinks, and games.
Reception
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
The couple will be making their grand entrance at 5:40 pm.
