How do I book my stay at Hotel Xcaret for the wedding?

Answer

To book your stay at Hotel Xcaret for our wedding event, please visit the Travel section of our website for booking instructions and the link to our room block website.

What are the transportation options from the airport to Hotel Xcaret?

Answer

As part of the All-Fun Inclusive concept, round-trip airport transportation from Cancun International Airport is included in your booking. You only have to board one of the Hotel Xcaret buses that are waiting in the four terminals at Cancun’s International Airport. Hotel Xcaret is located about 40 minutes from the airport.

What should I wear to the wedding ceremony/reception?

Answer

Formal attire, this will not be a beach wedding. The ceremony will take place inside the chapel and the reception events will be outdoors!

Will there be any pre/post-wedding activities or gatherings for guests to participate in?

Answer

We're planning some other informal wedding gatherings and activities to kick off and continue the celebration for the weekend! Details will be provided closer to the wedding date, so stay tuned for more information.

What is included in my booking?

Answer

With your booking at this all-inclusive resort, it includes your room, food/drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in most restaurants, room service and round-trip transportation to and from the airport. Hotel Xcaret is considered an All-Fun Inclusive which means as a guest of Hoteles Xcaret, you will have access and transportation to all Grupo Xcaret parks: Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xavage, Xoximilco, Xenses and Xenotes. More information on these parks can be found on the Restaurants/Bars/Things to Do page.

Will you be sending out a formal invitation?

Answer

No, we will not be sending formal invitations because all final payments are due by July 25, 2024. We will make sure to send all our guests a detailed final itinerary with all the information that you will need prior to travel.
