Anita & Freddy met in Tallahassee at The Moon on a friend's birthday weekend on the dance floor. Freddie walked up to Anita to speak on the 4 drinks in her hand. They danced, & he asked for her number. She was unfamiliar with his phone, & struggled to enter her info. He looked & said "What's this it's just a whole bunch of letters and symbols?!" She said "Delete it & I'll tell you my number."

A few days later he called. They met at Pockets & she DUSTED him in air hockey & pool. They lost contact for about a year, but reconnected at homecoming & have been together since!

He proposed Dec 26, 2020. Anita suspected he wanted to do it on her b-day but she was away visiting her pops in the hospital. When she got back, they were home talking when she got frustrated over the pile of mail on the table. He took the mail out of her hands, sat her down & said "don’t move". He came back saying all of the sweetest things she needed to hear. Then he got down on one knee and proposed.
