Petco Park
Petco Park is home to the San Diego Padres. On game days there is an electric energy that surges throughout downtown. You will find live music and yard games in the surrounding bars that make for a great pre and post game. Highly recommended by Jackie and Vince for a a guaranteed good time. Wedding weekend the Padres will be hosting a 3 game series against the Pirates. Friday May 27th at 6:40 PM Saturday May 28th at 7:10 PM Sunday May 29th at 1:10 PM
Gaslamp Quarter
The Gaslamp Quarter is a lively downtown neighborhood known for its nightlife. This is where you would have found Jackie and Vince every Friday and Saturday night during the first year of their relationship. It has every type of club, dive bar, sports bar and cocktail lounge you can imagine. Not interested in the nightlife? Enjoy a day in the Gaslamp brunching, grabbing coffees, or walking around the farmers market.
Little Italy
Eat your way through Little Italy! If you are a foodie this is where you need to be. Little Italy is a chic, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, packed with trendy cocktail bars, brewpubs and restaurants with bustling patios. Jackie and Vince's personal favorites are Queenstown Public House and Crack Shack. Find your food adventure in Little Italy.
Mission Beach
Mission Beach is where you go for fun in the sun. It has nearly two miles of oceanfront boardwalk. Keep walking up the boardwalk and you will find yourself in Pacific Beach (honorable mention) which is another great beach town. Post up on the beach by the Belmont Amusement Park to be close to all the action and restaurants.
