What is the dress code?

Formal / Cocktail Attire We invite guests to dress up and have fun with it! Cocktail dresses, midi or floor‑length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or sport coats are all perfect. Please aim for a polished, wedding‑appropriate look—no jeans, please.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Baxter, MN. At the end of the night, the shuttle will also stop at Quarterdeck Resort. Please note that shuttle service is not available prior to the ceremony for Quarterdeck Resort or local Airbnb/VRBO locations.

What are the shuttle pick up and drop off times?

Pre‑ceremony pick‑up will take place at 3:15 PM from The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. After the celebration, return shuttles will depart at 10:30 PM and midnight, with drop‑offs at The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Quarterdeck Resort.

Is there a curfew?

Nope! Enjoy the night and celebrate with us!

Is parking available on‑site?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available for guests. If you happen to enjoy the celebration a bit too much and need to leave your car overnight, no problem at all—you’re welcome to pick it up anytime the next day.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults‑only celebration, with the exception of a few close family members’ children.
