What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We would love for all the guests to be seated at 5pm so the ceremony can begin promptly at 5:13pm. Please arrive no later then 4:45pm. Thank you! Please take in account DFW is a metropolitan area that has heavy traffic. Please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The venue has free parking. The ceremony and reception will take place at one location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Sorry. There will be no shuttle/transportation from the hotel to the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

The bride is hosting a “Last Hooray” bachelor party for the groom Friday, October 11th for the groom. Must be 21 or older.
