Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be valet parking at the wedding venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If bringing a date please be sure to include them in the RSVP so there is enough food.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible so we know how much food we need to have prepared. However, please only RSVP if you know that you are able to make it because we need an accurate number of how many guests to expect. Please expect official invitations mid to late August. If you have not received one please let us know. Thanks!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please be sure to let us know in the RSVP how many kids will be coming as well.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code. I would suggest semi-formal or dressy casual. However, we truly only care that you are comfortable!

Why is the wedding in Birmingham, AL and not in Chicago?

Answer

Both of us were excited to have our wedding in Chicago and were planning to do so until the pandemic created difficulties for us. In the midst of the lockdown, we had the option of planning our wedding in Chicago with only 50 guests from both sides or having it in Alabama where there were no limitations. We made the difficult decision to push back our wedding and change the location to Alabama so that we could celebrate with as many family members that wanted to attend. We understand that this has caused some frustration with family members which is why we are also adding a Zoom link for those who would still like to participate virtually. We do not want to put any friends or family members in an uncomfortable position so please don't feel obligated to attend. However, we hope to be able to celebrate with you in person!
