We're getting married!

In October of 2020 we decided to (safely) take a much needed vacation! We arrived in Denver,CO before driving up to Estes Park, CO. We spent the evening walking along the river in town, before eating takeout on our hotel room balcony looking out on Lake Estes. The following day we went for several hikes, for way longer than Marquis wanted to. After finally arriving back to our hotel we got ready to have dinner at the Dunnraven restaurant. We were early for our reservation so we took a walk to the gazebo that was near the lake at our hotel. It was here that Marquis got on one knee and our new adventure began! Marquis had another surprise up his sleeve and had invited 3 of our close friends to help us document and celebrate our engagement!
