From the words of the bride, The perfect moment in time presented itself for NaQuann and I in the Spring of 2009. We were sophomore's in High School. We would always see each other around and make little eye contact. This happened for a few weeks. I always encourage shooting your shot because I actually got Na'Quann's phone number and text him first. He was taking way too long. He was surprised but it was the icebreaker we needed because from that day to this one, the text messages has never stopped. Our chemistry was undeniable from the very beginning and it felt like butterflies every time we got the chance to be around each other. Things got serious for us quick as we became teen parents. We were 18 when our first son, Jordan was born. We became adults overnight. Jordan made us a little family for real and we were fresh out of high school. We faced a lot of ups and downs as we navigated learning how to be parents and adults at the same time but the one thing that remained constant was our undeniable love for each other. It always bought us back to each other even when we tried to act like it wasn't there anymore. The years went on and one kid became three, then three became five. And if ya know ya know, it went just like that lol. We never imagined having such a big family but the memories that we create together now are so priceless and we wouldn't dream of having it any other way now. Naquann proposed on Christmas morning of 2023. I was so happy, there aren't enough words in the world to describe the feeling in that moment. Everything just came together like the cherry on top. It was the perfect proposal. All of our kids and my family got to witness me say Yes to my forever. Truly a Christmas I will never forget. Now we look forward to saying, "I Do" in front of all of you. We are so happy to be able to share yet another moment of our love story with the most important people to us.
