Our Story
We met in September 2008 on “The RIP,” but didn’t really get our start until weeks later when Marquest finally asked for Brittany's number (with a little help from friends who knew what was up). From there, we were inseparable—late night phone calls, constant laughs, and our first hangout on October 26, 2008.
In 2009, life took us in different directions when Marquest decided to go to the military, but we never really let each other go. No matter how many times life tried it, we stayed friends, always finding our way back.
Fast forward to January 2024, when Marquest said, “I know what I have in front of me, and I’m not going to lose it.” And this time, he meant it.
Since then, we’ve been busy—moving in, welcoming our baby girl, and getting engaged exactly 17 years after our first date.
Turns out… IT WAS ALWAYS US!
