The year was 1997 and it all began at 2941 Glenn Hills Drive at Glenn Hills Middle School, my last year of middle school. My priorities were to play basketball nothing more, nothing less. Eugene and I were classmates on the same team. Fast forward twenty years, Eugene found me on Facebook. We became best friends and my life has never been the same. He is loving, strong, caring, and a family man. I thank God for him every day.

On October 5, 2019, during my season of singleness my Boaz asked for my hand in marriage as I was becoming the woman that God wanted me to be. I was waiting for my Boaz; and God was preparing my future husband, Eugene Darby.
