Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Black-Tie Preferred Gentlemen - Please wear tuxes if you have them. If not, a dark colored suit. Ladies - Gowns or formal, floor length cocktail dresses. The cocktail hour is in a heated, enclosed pavilion outside so please bring a warm, dark colored overcoat if you would like to wear it, but the pavilion should be warm.

Question

Is there a dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

We’re playing into the mountains and would love guests to wear Western Chic. Think cowboy style meets cocktail attire. Gentlemen: Slacks/dark pants and suit jackets Ladies: Cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or jumpsuits Feel free to add any western flair such as cowboy boots, hats, or bolo ties!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from Park City before the ceremony and immediately following the reception. Shuttles will depart from the Sheraton at 3:30pm. Please do not be late, as they will not wait. Following the reception, shuttles will loop back to the Sheraton as well as stopping on Park City Main Street. There will be an early departure at 9:30pm which will only be going to the Sheraton, the later buses will stop at Main Street as well.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We've included a couple hotel options on the Travel tab! If you are traveling with a group, we HIGHLY recommend looking at Airbnb or VRBO as you can find some great options for better prices than most hotels in the area.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to had additional guests, our venue is limited to a certain capacity. If your partner is invited, their name will be included on your Save the Date and Formal Invitation.

Question

Is Park City at altitude?

Answer

Yes! Even though Salt Lake City airport is much lower, Park City is at around 7,000 feet above sea level. Keep this in mind when it comes to alcohol and water consumption. Because there is a lower oxygen level at altitude, you'll be dehydrated quicker so make sure to drink LOTS of water.

Question
