Hyatt Regency Long Island

This is where we will be staying for our wedding weekend! It's about a 20 min drive to the venue, but shuttle buses will be available for all guests to transport you to and from the ceremony and reception. The brunch will also be held here on Sunday. Don't forget to use our discount code G-WIPI when booking. You can choose to stay Friday and Saturday or just Saturday night.

Shuttle

Shuttles to and from the hotel

There will be 2 shuttle buses available to transport guests to Flowerfield for the ceremony and reception. Additional buses will be available after the reception and after party to take you back to the hotel. Exact shuttle timing is yet to be finalized.

Train

Long Island Railroad

You can take the Ronkonkoma or Stony Brook Long Island Railroad lines to get out East. Once off the train, you can easily take an Uber or Lyft to the hotel.

Flight

JFK, LaGuardia or MacArthur Airport

There are multiple airports in the area, so you can fly into JFK, LaGuardia or MacArthur Airports. If traveling from LaGuardia, you can take the bus or an Uber/Lyft to Woodside and then take the Long Island Railroad to Ronkonkoma or Stony Brook. If traveling from JFK, you can take the AirTrain to Jamaica and transfer to the Long Island Railroad to Ronkonkoma or Stony Brook. You can also fly into MacArthur Airport, which is in Islip (close to the hotel and venue). There are limited airlines that fly there, but if you are able to fly directly to MacArthur, you can take a quick 15-min Uber/Lyft to the hotel.
