When should I RSVP?

We are requesting all responses by April 3rd, 2026. Invitations will be sent out in late February.

What is the attire for the weekend?

Answer

Welcome Party – Colorful Cocktail Attire Dress to celebrate in bold, vibrant colors. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates; men in slacks or chinos with a button-down. Wedding Day Dress Code – Formal Beach Attire Elegant yet seaside-appropriate. Think flowy dresses or lightweight suits in soft or coastal tones. This is your chance to dress up and embrace a fun coastal venue!

When should I book my accommodations?

Answer

We recommend securing your room and booking travel as soon as possible. Our hotel room block cut-off date is April 15, 2026. Please visit our travel page for the direct booking link. If you have any questions, please let Marne or Daniel know!

Can I stay somewhere other than the Hyatt?

Answer

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to stay outside of the Hyatt Regency, however, we do not have room blocks or transportation to other locations.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa at 5001 Coconut Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34134. Our ceremony will take place in the Royal Palm Courtyard and our reception will begin on the Estero Terrace and end in the Estero Ballroom. A map of the venue can be found on the Resort Map tab.

Will we be outside?

Answer

Our Welcome Party will be held poolside Friday evening, please dress accordingly for the weather. Both our ceremony in the Royal Palm Courtyard and cocktail hour on the Estero Terrace will also be outdoors.

What will the weather be like?

May in Bonita Springs is warm and breezy during the days, with a high in the 80's and comfortable evenings in the 70s.
