Is the wedding circus themed?

Unfortunately, it is not.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP at least 1 month prior to the wedding. If traveling from out of state, we recommend booking flights more than 2 weeks in advance to get best pricing.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire—we recommend that you bring a jacket as the weather can get quite chilly in the evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at 5:00pm—there is a lot to explore around the Ringling Museum. If you would like to arrive earlier, you can see some of the museums such as the Museum of Art, Circus Museum, Bayfront Gardens, and the Kotler-Coville Glass Pavilion.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding will take place outside. We will have a tent in the event of rain. Guests are allowed to explore the inside of Ca' d'Zan after the ceremony during cocktail hour.

Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Where do I park if I'm driving to the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot right next to Ca' d'Zan. If you're driving or taking an Uber, there will be signage at the venue directing you on the day of the wedding. We've also included a map at the top of the "Travel" page for further guidance.
