What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony start time is 2:00pm sharp, so we are requesting guests to arrive between 1:30-1:45pm in order to get seated and comfortable before we walk down the aisle! If you arrive late, we ask that you stay outside of the church until we are done!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, we have a hotel block at Comfort Suites in Brunswick for both Friday and Saturday nights! Call (330)558-9961 and ask for the “Powers Klepek” block or visit https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/ZZ29A0 to book!

Can I bring a date?

We are so excited to celebrate our day with the ones closest to us! With that, only the names specified on the invitations are invited to attend OR if your invite states “{Your Name} & Guest” you can bring a plus one with you!

Although we love our children, we are having an adult-only wedding! We want all of our guests to let loose and have fun with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at the church for the ceremony! With the reception being at a family property, parking is not in surplus, but there will be no problem! If possible for you, we invite you to park at our hotel and take the shuttle service to the reception venue or carpool with friends and family! Shuttles will run at 4:30pm and 4:45pm from the hotel to the farm. The shuttles will pick people up from the farm and head back to the hotel at 10:00pm and 10:30pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, our hotel has a free shuttle bus service going to and from the hotel to the reception and vice versa! If you would like to arrive or leave at different times than the shuttle provides, all hotel guests will have a code to get a free uber on us! Here is the shuttle bus schedule for the day of: No bus to & from the church. To the farm for cocktail hour & reception: 4:15pm & 4:45pm From the farm back to the hotel post reception: 10:00pm & 10:30pm
