Where are the ceremony & reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at The Gardenia in Valley View. The ceremony will be held in the chapel in the back followed by the reception in the reception hall.

what time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should aim to be at the venue at 4:30pm. There is a train track that separates access from the highway to the venue and it's notorious for being blocked by a train (small-town problems). Please give yourself ample time just in case.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Formal/Black-Tie Optional. This includes floor-length or cocktail dresses for women and a formal suit or tux for men- we want to see you get dressed up with us!!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! The Gardenia parking lot can accommodate up to 300 guests. Please note, you are NOT allowed to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight.

Answer

We love your littles!! However, select children will be accommodated on an invitation-only basis.
