Adel is from Crystal Falls and now lives in Calumet. Adel has known Jeff for many years as he graduated from Forest Park the same year as her older brother (Carlton). Adel and Marlo met the first year of undergraduate studies at NMU and have been friends ever since. Adel, also a Speech-Language Pathologist has helped Marlo with studying, completing college applications, and finding her dream job.

Jeff and Carlton have been friends since Kindergarten. On top of the middle name Sigvard, they also have shared many memories and milestones together. Carlton has been there through it all and will always be family.
