The welcome event will take place from about 5, and we would be delighted for you to join us. For ease and comfort, we recommend arriving at the hotel by 4:00 p.m. if possible. However, we understand that travel plans may need to accommodate school, work, or other commitments. Landing at any of the three nearby airports by 2:00p.m. should allow ample time to reach Kitzbühel ahead of the evening’s festivities. Please let the hotel know if you are checking in after 6pm.

We recommend staying near the Kempinski and strongly encourage you to book early. Kitzbühel or Jochberg are good options but there are many options near the hotel that are not in the town centres. Hotels in the area typically get booked up in the late summer and early fall.
Please see the details in the "Travel" page. You will get a preferential rate for as long as you want to stay if you book via our coordinator Ronja (meetings.tirol@kempinski.com )
We will explore options once there is more clarity on how many guests are staying in each town, but we aim to arrange transport from at least Kitzbühel. However, taxi services in the area are also good in case you would like more flexibility.
3 options: covered garage (paid), hotel outdoor parking (paid), adjacent free outdoor parking
Children are welcome however childcare is provided at the venue as well (3+ years old). We're excited to party the night away so would encourage you to take advantage of the childcare option.
For Friday's event the dress code is semi-formal winter outdoor attire For women: Tailored wool or cashmere coats over dresses, skirts, or trousers; elegant knitwear; heeled or sleek boots; refined winter accessories. For men: Wool overcoats, pea coats, or sport coats with dress trousers or dark chinos; polished leather boots or shoes; scarves and gloves in quality fabrics. Aim for polished layers that keep you warm without sacrificing elegance.
The Kempinski is a ski in/out hotel and has a lift that connects to the Jochberg ski area (the largest in the Kitzbühel area). The Kitzbühel mountain ski area is a 5 minute drive as well.
