Baseball brought us together. We met at Reno Aces Ballpark while Mikey was the clubhouse manager, and I was a Wild Aces Dancer. We were doing a photo shoot and were introduced by Aces groundskeeper and Mikey's good friend, Eric Blanton. After that day, Mikey found ways to come up to the concourse more frequently and we got to know each other better. A few months of fraternization later, we made it official. We've never looked back!

I flew home to attend my younger sister Josie's graduation in Carson City, Nevada. I was planning on going to an Aces baseball game with former Wild Aces and close friends Sarah and Amanda. If you know me, you know I am ALWAYS early to everything. Needless to say that when Sarah, Amanda, and Amanda's sister Jenna took me to a nail salon before the game and then kept stalling to make us late, I was so irritated. When we (finally lol) made it to the ballpark, they stopped us again to take a picture. To my surprise, Mikey flew into town and was behind me ready to propose! It was such a special moment, and I'm SO glad that so many of our friends and family could be there! We celebrated & danced the night away at Brew Brothers. It was truly a night to remember.
