We can't recommend the services at this spa enough. You can pay a low entry fee for access to the saunas and relaxation pools. Make an appointment at the start of your stay.

The resort has TONS of free things to do on the property including: Wildlife Hikes, Morning Yoga, Kayaking/SUP rentals, Bike Tours, Snorkeling, and more!
Excursions
There are so many fun things to do in Costa Rica! You can book an excursion through the hotel or we also recommend booking through North Pacific Adventures. They offer activities such as: hot springs and waterfall hikes, volcano tours, zip-lining through the jungle, ATV rentals, whitewater rafting, wildlife tours, horseback riding on the beach, and fishing trips where you can bring your catch back to the resort to get prepared and cooked for you!

The app has: the resort map, a list of all the restaurants and bars, daily free activities, nighty show information, housekeeping requests, spa menu, shuttle transfers, and room service ordering! We used this app throughout our entire trip last year and we found it immensely helpful to get the most out of our stay.
