Question

Wait, aren't you already married?

Answer

Yes! We opted for a micro-wedding in fall of twenty-twenty (see pictures under the "photos" tab). Although we will not have a marriage ceremony in November, we are thrilled to celebrate one year of marriage alongside all of you.

How will COVID-19 affect your wedding?

Answer

While we are not requiring covid-19 vaccinations at this time, we ask that you consider getting vaccinated as gatherings always bring risk. If you are not vaccinated, you will be required to wear a mask at all times other than eating and drinking. Additionally, your dinner seating may be affected by your vaccination status. Please continue to check for updates as we move closer to our wedding day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invitations have noted those specifically invited to our event. Please adhere to the invitees listed on your invitation!

May I bring my children?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we kindly ask that you leave them at home, grab your dancing shoes, and join us for an adults only evening. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait for you to join us kid-free!

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking our guests to wear cocktail attire. This may include but is not limited to little black dresses, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, slacks and suit jackets, etc.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited to share our special day with you! We will begin the ceremony at 4:00 pm. Our timeline allows guest to arrive slightly prior to the event (15 minutes early), but we ask that you avoid arriving prior to 3:45 as the venue may not be open at that time. Thank you so much, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Where should we park?

Answer

Although Iron Front does not have it's own parking lot, there are multiple options for parking in the area. A) "The Pit"- 542-548 Cherry Alley, Lewisburg, PA 17837 B) Mifflinburg Bank & Trust- 500 Market St, Lewisburg, PA 17837 C) Lewisburg Municipal Parking- 505 Market St, Lewisburg, PA 17837

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will provide the alcohol on our big day! You will not be asked to purchase your beverages. Please bring a valid form of ID as our bartenders reserve the right to "card" anyone who appears to be younger than 35 years old. Please also note that we will be serving beer, wine, and some mixed drinks including but not limited to rum and cokes, vodka sodas, and Moscow Mules. The mixed drink selection may be limited. **Please bring cash to tip our bartenders! Thank you in advance.

What style of dinner service should I expect?

Answer

Dinner will be served as a buffet. Iron Front has a spectacularly laid out venue that allows for the buffet to run through an adjacent room maximizing the flow of dinner and the space on the dance floor! **This may change based on food service requirements in relation to COVID-19.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Please know there are no expectations to bring gifts; however, if you would like to bless us with a gift please consult our registry tab at the top of our website. We would also be blessed by Lowe's and Home Depot gift cards as we are renovating our home.

Is the ceremony location different from the reception location?

Answer

No! We have opted to host our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Iron Front Wedding Venue. You will not need to travel upon arrival to our wedding.

Question

What is the venue's smoking policy?

Answer

While we respect your choices, we kindly ask that you smoke outside in the designated smoking area. This is imperative as there are strict guidelines outlined by our venue with regard to smoking indoor or at the entrance. This includes both vaping and cigarettes. We appreciate your understanding as we look to maximize the comfort of all our guests!
