Flight
Portland International Airport (PDX) is our primary airport, and is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes from the ranch. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is much smaller, but is a 45-minute drive to Black Butte Ranch.
Hotel
We recommend staying on-site at Black Butte Ranch, where there are plenty of lodging options (individual rooms, condos, and houses). Ourselves, the bridal party, and our families will all be staying in houses on the ranch. Bookings are available through the ranch website (linked below-- mention "Carlson Buchman wedding" in the comments for a 10% discount). The booking team is also very kind and helpful if you prefer to book over the phone. You can also book private homes on the ranch through Airbnb and Vrbo- Just search "Black Butte Ranch" as the location. Please note that this is a popular vacation spot during peak season, so it's best to reserve lodging ASAP. If you are having trouble finding lodging, please reach out to us!
