Please either mail back your RSVP card or scan the QR code on the details card to RSVP online by March 13th!
We kindly request garden party formal attire- elegant dresses, suits, and florals encouraged to compliment the season. The bridal party will be in a light lavender for those who like the plan their outfits around that information.
The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm, please plan to be seated and settled inside the church before then.
All wedding events will be indoors though the reception venue does have an outdoor space we can utilize if the weather cooperates!
For those guests staying at the Hilton Charlotte Airport hotel there will be a shuttle provided to the wedding and reception venue. For all other guests the reception venue is about 20 minutes from the church. Both venues have plenty of parking and Uber/Lyft is also readily available.
Gluten and diary free options will be labeled at both the welcome party and wedding reception. If you have any other food allergies or restrictions please let me know!
All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome cocktail party on the evening before our wedding starting at 7pm at Brewer's at 4001 Yancey. There will be light appetizers as well.
The names of all invited guests are clearly listed on your invitation and unfortunately additional guests can not be accommodated.
