How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Desert Foothills Cookouts East Jomax Road, Phoenix, AZ, 85054 Venue is on private land in the desert and they don’t have a physical address. On iPhones, enter "Desert Foothills Events and Weddings" and it will route you to the location. Coming from the 101 Freeway: Exit Scottsdale Rd – head NORTH Turn Left on Jomax (WEST) Look for our Coyote – just after 70th Place on your LEFT Turn left down dirt road and make your way to the barn.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable! Fall time in Arizona, the days can be warm, but the nights cool down. We will be inside a barn for the dinner, but the ceremony and dancing will be outside. If you feel you get cold easily, please come with a jacket. The venue is dirt and rock, so maybe leave your spikey heels at home! Opt for your cowboy boots!

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We ask that you begin arriving at 4:00 PM. If you're utilizing the shuttles we're providing, then you are welcome to arrive earlier.

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

We will have a shuttle picking up guests from Talking Stick Resort and Hampton Inn and Suites Scottsdale Talking Stick, where our room blocks are. If you are not staying at these hotels, you will be responsible for getting to and from the wedding. We suggest Uber or Lyft!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What can we expect for the flow of the evening?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Cocktail Hour will follow from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Dinner and Dancing will be from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

We ask that you RSVP right here on the website by September 9th!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, definitely! We will have two food trucks available for dinner that will have vegetarian options available on the truck. If you are in need of a different dietary restriction, please note it on your RSVP so that we may communicate it to our catering team.
