We enjoyed our conversation so much that when the coffee shop closed, we ended up at Chick-fil-A and talked until it closed as well. He asked to take me out to dinner for my 21st birthday as a 2nd date and now here we are!

It was our first trip, just the two of us. We went to Deep Creek between Christmas and New Year's. On the first full day, we took a day trip to Blackwater Falls State Park. It was a beautiful setting, snowy and secluded. We hiked through the snow to a waterfall and since we are infamous for not taking pictures together, Andrew suggested we take a selfie. Little did I know, he had the ring box on the other side of him. He asked me to take a look at the picture to make sure it looked okay... I made fun of his cheesy smile and then noticed him holding something red. When I asked what it was, he pulled it back out of his pocket, got down on one knee and said "Well?" I responded "Well, what?" and made him ask properly before answering.
