When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 8th here on our website! Leaving your phone number will help us keep you in the loop if there's any information we need to share day of!

What is the address for Saturday's event?

Answer

The August 9th celebration will be at Marley's family "camp" on the lake in the Vermont islands at the following address: 6 Cooper Bay South, Grand Isle, VT 05458 It'll be at the very end of the road :)

Where should I park on Saturday?

Answer

There will be parking available at camp! We recommend family carpool if/when practical, and there will be overflow parking up the road. We will send updates and instructions for overflow parking via text should it become necessary.

What time should I arrive on Saturday?

Answer

The lake celebration will start around 2:00pm on August 9th, so anytime around then! Dinner will start being served around 4:00pm.

What's the dress code for Saturday?

Answer

Casual! We're hoping for nice summer weather for lawn games, swimming, and hanging around the lake. Sundresses, shorts, swimsuits, and sandals are all good!

What about the weather?

Answer

August in Vermont is hot! There will be a tent for shade and shelter in case of light rain. In the event of heavier rain or thunderstorms, we will update everyone via text!

What should I bring?

Answer

Bring a bathing suit and towel if you'd like to swim! Water shoes or waterproof sandals are also recommended. We will have food and drinks for everyone, plus sunscreen and bug spray to share.

Will there be food on Saturday?

Answer

Yes! Our Lake Champlain celebration will be catered by Pizzeria Verita, who will start serving dinner around 4pm. There will be various salads and antipasti, wood-fired pizzas, and dessert. We will also have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We are not registered for gifts, having already lived together, we have everything we need! Your presence is gift enough!

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

As much as we love everyone's pups, we're hoping to keep Saturday a pet-free event to help things stay organized for our vendor and out of consideration for guests with allergies. Thank you so much for understanding!
