When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1, 2025 which is six weeks ahead of our wedding. This will help finalize our plans and ensure a wonderful celebration for everyone.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior. This will give ample time to find parking, get to your seats, and settle in without feeling rushed. Arriving early ensures that everyone is seated and ready when our ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire for our wedding is semi-formal. For men this would be dark suit and tie, dress shirt and jacket. For women this is a cocktail or long dress, a skirt and top, or a dressy pantsuit. Please refrain from wearing jeans or all white dresses.

Can I take photos/videos?

Answer

We kindly ask that you join us for an unplugged ceremony by putting away your phones and cameras. Your presence in the moment is the greatest gift as we say “I do”! We’ve hired professionals to capture this special time, and we promise to share the photos as soon as we receive them—no need for screens in our wedding memories. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like—we can’t wait to celebrate and capture memories with all of you!

What is the weather in Nashville like in March?

Answer

March in Nashville features mostly comfortable Spring afternoons with cooler nights. Daytime high temperatures tend to be around 60-62 F with late night temperatures around 40 F. Our ceremony will take place outdoors followed by an indoor reception. Even though Spring will be in bloom, plan for cooler temperatures and rain just in case!

Can I bring a date?

We kindly request that our guests refrain from bringing additional guests unless their invitation includes a plus one. This will help us ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully ask that our guests attend without children unless their invitation specifically includes them. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are collaborating with our caterers to provide ample options for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegetarian diets. If you have any other severe dietary needs or allergies, please inform us so we can accommodate you accordingly. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue has plenty of parking and a parking attendant if you wish to drive. Ride share options such as Uber and Lyft are also available.

Answer
