We ask that you RSVP by and no later than the date listed on your invitation, 5/4/25. We want to ensure you are placed in our final count and be able to attend our special day.
Please arrive to the venue at leas t an hour before the time stated on the invitation and our website so you can find the best view/seat to watch the big moment. Traffic can be unpredictable and we don't want you to miss any part of this day!
We (The Bride) are so happy you asked! Short answer is yes. Long answer; Cocktail attire, dressed to the nine's, cute but comfortable enough to turn-up in. Fall colors are encouraged! While the Reception is inside, the Ceremony will be outside. Please keep an eye on the weather as it may be a little cool, With VA you never know in October. Bring a cute jacket or shawl! Please no jeans, club attire and NO WHITE or ivory (duh!). We are sure you won't disappoint.
Y'all know we love the kids! But the our day is for the grown folks and grown folks only! Babysitting services at our home in Virginia Beach have been arranged so please let us know if you need to set something up!
We will have a buffet arrangement with various meats and seafood. We have informed our caterer that seafood dishes must be served away from the other choices to avoid cross contamination. If you have other allergies or food preferences please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
The venue has on site parking but we encourage car pooling if possible.
We want to make sure that we have enough space and resources to accommodate all of our family and friends. Therefore, unless previously advised by the couple, invites are only for those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
