Our story and photos
In August of 2022, we met at Mercy Hospital on Marlett's unit after Will was sent to help with staffing. Initially sent to a different hall on the 3rd floor, at the last second, Will received an assignment to work alongside Marlett. They say God works in mysterious ways, and sometimes, what seems to be a chance encounter is anything but random. 4 years and 2 months later, we are blessed to begin the rest of our lives together. Looking at us, one might assume we come from very different backgrounds, but the eldest daughter and eldest son (both from families of 5) found a future built upon love, support, and foundations of faith and family. Similar to any couple, we are not always perfect, but our shared goals, willingness to always be present for each other, desire to grow as our lives change, and our faith in God's plan for us makes no challenge insurmountable. We are very excited and grateful for you to be there with us as we eagerly begin the first day of the rest of our lives.
