Our Story
We met in November of 2021 doing the Cape-to-Cape hike.
By the end of the year we were "official".
In 2022 we left Australia for Canada, but before we did so we drove the Gibb River Road in WA's Kimberley region, and spent some time in New Zealand visiting family, friends, and favourite places.
We had a blast in Canada, hiking the mountains, canoeing around islands, and making new friends. We also had family come to visit and we cruised up to Alaska together.
Sean headed back to Australia in February of 2024. Marlese was back in May for a visit, and then back for good in September when Sean popped the question.
The past year has been spent settling back into Australian life, reconnecting with old friends and making new ones, and preparing for the next phase of life.
We look forward to our next adventure...
