For guests arriving at the Hyatt, the event can be accessed either directly, by entering the West Tower on Stetson, or via the main lobby, in which case you may take the escalators down to the right of the lobby entrance and follow the hall that leads to the West Tower, or take the escalators up and take the bridge to the West Tower.

The hotel staff will be able to direct you if you ask for the Crystal Ballroom or Farina/DeLisle wedding.
