Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. Please keep in mind that the doors to the venue will be open so that guests can hang out on the outside patio and it has direct access to the parking lot. Children will have to be accompanied by a parent at all times for their safety.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, free parking for ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For the ceremony please arrive on time the doors will close right before the ceremony begins. After the ceremony there will be about a 1.5 hour down time. Please check out our “Things To-Do” tab for suggestions in the area. The venue opens at 4 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress appropriately for the ceremony and the reception, semi-formal, no mini skirts.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OnCloudZarco so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Oh and please don’t use flash near the photographer or record with a huge tablet.

Do I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, there will be an open bar, please come ready to have a good time.

The venue reception is indoors and there is an outside patio.
