Renting a home may be a cheaper option for bigger parties

Koloa and Poipu will the the closest to the venue. However, the island is not very big. Kalaheo will be about 15 minutes away, Lihue will be about 30 minutes away, Waimea/Hanapepe is around 35 minutes away, Kapa'a will be about 45 minutes away, and the North Shore (Hanalei/Princeville) will be over an hour away.

There are many other hotels and places to stay at on the island, these are just some that are closest to the venue. If you're looking for cheaper options Lihue, near the airport, may be your best bet. Those will be about 20 minutes from the venue.
