This event is formal attire, think long dresses (please avoid white or shades of white) for women and suits for men.

Due to limited seating, we're only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

This will be an adult only event with the exception of the Groom's Daughters.

Your love and support mean the world to us. Rather than traditional gifts, we would be grateful for a contribution to our honeymoon fund to help us create lasting memories together. Where should guests stay?

Answer

Hotel block available through the link attached or by calling The Hilton Garden Inn at (480) 968-2180. The block of rooms is under "Marlena and Ryan's Wedding". This hotel is a 12-minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and a 10-minute drive from Villa Tuscana, the wedding venue.

What time should guests arrive?

The ceremony begins at 3 pm. We recommend arriving by 2:30 pm to allow for parking and seating.

How easy is it to get from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

It's a short 10-minute drive so we recommend using a rideshare company so that you can celebrate as hard as you want.

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Yes! Both will be held at the Villa Tuscana Reception Hall.

Is this an "unplugged" wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain put away and on silent during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present in the moment. Our photographers will capture everything beautifully for us. There will be a special moment announced during the ceremony when guests are welcome to take photos.
