When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 30th, 2025 by scanning the QR code you received with your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on our website. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date above, we will assume you can not make it!

Can I bring a date/ plus one?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone attend, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been reserved for you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children in your family invited!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will not attend". If you have already RSVP'd attending but find you will not be able to make it, please notify Marleigh at 972-249-8128 or Brennan at 904-599-7416

Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

For those who are traveling, we have reserved a room block at the Best Western in town. More details about this are under our website's "Accommodations" tab. There are also many Airbnb options in the area to choose from!

What do I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family take our big day as a chance to dress up! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/ cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, with the receptions indoors, so dress accordingly (please, no white, though, lol).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm, so we ask that guests arrive 20 to 30 minutes before so that everyone will be seated on time. If you happen to arrive late, we ask that you wait until the ceremony is over to join us for cocktail hour!

Can vehicles stay overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If needed, you may leave your car at the venue overnight; it must be picked up by 10 AM the next day! Please don't drink and drive.

The venue has ample parking available for guests to utilize.

Can i take pictures?

Answer

Yes, we would love for you to take picture! Our only request is that you please put your phone away during the CEREMONY. We would like this to be an "Unplugged" wedding ceremony and have our loved ones fully present in this moment with us! We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this moment and promise to share the pictures with you. Scan the QR code around the venue to upload and and help take pictures for us to view the day after!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour following will be held outdoors. The reception will be indoors!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drink are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!
