FAQs

If you have any questions that aren't listed here, please don't hesitate to reach out to either one of us!
Question

Will we be socially distanced?

Answer

We’re going to do the very best we can! Our seating chart will be intentionally spaced out with 6’ between each household. We also encourage everyone to be mindful of where they stand and how close they get to each other. Realistically though, since we aren’t having a reception, there won’t be a lot of time to break the distancing anyways.

Question

Do we need to wear masks?

Answer

Yes! Everyone is required to wear a mask for the duration of our ceremony. You can bring your own if you’d like, although we will have enough for everyone at our check in table. Right next to the hand sanitizer!

Question

Since it’s “ceremony only”, what will the schedule look like?

Answer

Guests will arrive around 3 o’clock; We will begin our ceremony at 3:30pm exactly; after the ceremony will be a relaxed combination of taking photos, eating our stacked-donut wedding cake, and drinking coffee (or hot cocoa if you prefer). After all of that, you won’t have to go home, but you can’t stay there!

Question

Can I bring someone with me?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Our guest list this time around has had to undergo some significant cuts so that we can abide by a 25% capacity rule. Please only bring whoever is listed on your RSVP, so that everyone that is attending is as safe as possible.

Question

What should I do if I feel sick that week?

Answer

We say this out of love- please stay home! We expect everyone in attendance to have self-screened themselves for any potential illnesses or symptoms prior to our special day. If you feel even a little bit under the weather, we completely understand that the safety of our event is more important than how badly we want you there. Please let either of us know if you’re not feeling well and we will do our best to add you into our virtual ceremony so you can still be included.

For all the days along the way
