Question

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE?

Answer

Please arrive at the church no later than 2:30 PM. The doors will close and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3 PM. Followed by cocktail hour at 5PM and dinner at 6PM. After-dinner celebration to follow beginning at 9:30PM.

Question

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

PLEASE no photos or phone usage during the ceremony!! We want to see your faces not your phones (especially in photos). We kindly ask that you are unplugged and present with us during this special moment! We have fabulous photo, video, and content creator teams and we promise to share the professional photos immediately after!

Question

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, this is an adult-only event.

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invitation. Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those formally invited.

Question

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes! We have three blocks currently under the "Travel" section. The Langham 5th Ave, The Best Western Premier Herald Square, and The Hyatt Place New York/Midtown South. For more details, check the "travel" section.

Question

WHAT IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 7th, 2026. Feel free to find your name under the RSVP tab - you can do this even before invitations go out! Note, we will not be able to accept RSVPs after August 7th.

Question

WHAT SHOULD WE DO BETWEEN CEREMONY & COCKTAIL HOUR?

Answer

This midtown neighborhood is full of quick bars and restaurants like The Parlour, The Ragtrader, The Keg Room, The Shakespeare, or Park Avenue Tavern! We also highly recommend the Morgan Library and Museum halfway between the church and Keens! Please text Rachel and/or Eric (prior to the wedding weekend) for any other specific recommendations!

Question

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

Answer

The flow of this wedding is slightly unconventional. Consider Keens an elevated dinner party! The dancing/music/letting loose portion will be at a separate venue from dinner, and will be an RSVP required event. As always, reach out to Rachel for questions!
