Since this will be a destination wedding, we would like for our guests to RSVP as soon as the flights and accommodations are booked! However, January 1st is the deadline for RSVPs. If there are additional questions and concerns, please reach out to the bride or groom.
To maintain a serene ceremony experience, a supervised children’s play area will be available during the ceremony and cocktail hour for younger guests (recommended for ages under 8).
The venue of the wedding is a resort so there will be lodging included if you wish to stay onsite. However, Airbnb's and hotels at other resorts around the area are also available! More information under the tab "Travel". Also, there will be breakfast provided for those who are checking in at the venue!
This is a Black-Tie event and with that comes the Black-Tie formal dress code :) Long evening gowns, pantsuits and suits. We'd prefer if you can pick a color that leans on the darker side or even black! NO jeans and NO t-shirts
The ceremony and reception will be indoors!
The temperature is expected to be from 72F to 88F. There will be a light breeze, especially towards the evening. It will be sunny and there is very little rain expected around this time!
It is most financially prudent to book the flights about 9 months out to a year out! The closer the date approaches, the more expensive the tickets are more likely to be.
