Shuttles will be provided between the hotel and the venue. To the Venue: Two shuttles will depart the hotel at 4:00 PM sharp — a 56-passenger shuttle and a 10-passenger shuttle. Please arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for boarding. Return to the Hotel: Shuttles will run throughout the evening. Large Shuttle (56 passengers): 9:15 PM & 10:10 PM Small Shuttle (10 passengers): 8:45 PM, 9:30 PM & 10:30 PM
