What do I wear?

We kindly request semi-formal or cocktail attire for our event.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 5th once invites are sent so we can provide an accurate headcount to the venue and our vendors

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones and they bring so much joy to our lives, we are kindly requesting this to be an adult-only event with the exception of some older children if noted on your invitation. Please take this opportunity to let your hair down and have some fun with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you only bring a guest if their name is listed on your invitation once sent. Your invitation will show the number of seats listed that we have reserved for your party.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have 2 premixed signature cocktails served for 2 hours of the event, and beer/wine/champagne/seltzers served for the entire duration of the event, all free for our guests.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors on the side of the reception venue. Reception will be indoors.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Cason's Cove is located about 15-20 minutes from Bowling Green, KY. Bowling Green is a college town but it is not a large sized city, ubers may be available but the safest plan of action would be to drive or carpool from the hotel to the venue.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. Please arrive by 5:45pm to find your seat. Please check our website again once you have received your invitation for a confirmed timeline.

Is there anything to do in town?

Answer

Bowling Green has attractions including but not limited to, the National Corvette Museum, Lost River Cave, Aviation Heritage Park, Historic Railpark & Train Museum.
