Smoking Outside

Answer

The Pines is a non-smoking and non-vaping venue in accordance with federal law. Smoking and vaping will be permitted only in designated areas outside the venue

Parking

Answer

All vehicles must be parked within the designated Pines Black parking areas. Overnight parking is available in the Pines Black parking area only (paved lot). Vehicles may be left overnight. ALL vehicles must be picked up by 9:00 AM Saturday July 25th, due to other events planned at the venue.

Transportation

Answer

Shuttle services will be provided from The Pines Venue to Homewood Suites by Hilton West Fargo. 26-28 passengers can fit on the shuttle, first come first serve. Shuttle will leave at the following times: 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm, and 11:30 pm.

No children and No additional guests

Answer

Please note that due to maximum capacity restrictions at our venue, we are unable to accommodate children and additional guests at our wedding. We kindly request that only the guests listed on the invitation/RSVP attend. We hope this doesn’t cause too much inconvenience and that you’ll still be able to join us on our special day. We look forward to an unforgettable celebration with you.
