Our Story We matched on Hinge and had our very first “zero date” at Barnes & Noble—because clearly, our kind of romance starts with books, caffeine, and life talks between the aisles. From the start, the vibe was effortless. We were playfully teasing each other within minutes, laughing like we’d known each other forever. Somewhere between glancing at random books and exchanging life perspectives, we ended up buying a few quirky trinkets—including a deck of 99 Spiritual AF cards. I started sending him one card a day, and we’d talk about them together. It became our thing. The perfect icebreaker for two people who were already clicking in all the best ways. We made it official on May 13, 2022, calling it our “exclusive date”—aka the day we both happily left the dating market. And on October 20, 2024, he asked me to marry him. From that first date to now, it’s always felt natural, fun, and full of love. Whether we’re cracking jokes, having deep conversations, or just being completely ourselves, every moment has felt like the start of something forever.
