Both the ceremony and reception will take place in Jacksonville, Florida on the second floor of The Conference Center at the Main Library Downtown. The Ceremony and Reception will take place in the outdoor courtyard. The cocktail hour will take place inside the library on the second floor.

Absolutely! We don’t mind if you wear our wedding colors—emerald green, gold, or even touches of white. The only thing we kindly ask is that guests do not wear all white, as that is reserved for the bride. Thank you for helping us keep that moment special!
5:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone can be seated comfortably before the celebration starts.

Absolutely! Being that the wedding starts at 6:00 p.m. we figure, by the time you arrive you will have already eaten, but We have a great assortment of delicious finger foods, desserts and drinks for you to enjoy!

Yes! Rooms are available for a discounted rate at the Southbank Hotel at Riverwalk. Please click on the travel tab in the navigation menu for more details and to book your room! First come first serve. Deadline to book your room is July 6th.

If we don’t hear from you by the deadline, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. We’ll definitely miss you, but this helps us stay on track with seating, catering, and planning.
