Liz and Mark have had and beat COVID; so they know first hand how scary this disease is. We want everyone to be comfortable and safe during our celebrations. There will be masks available and hand sanitizer. We ask if you are up and walking around (not seated) you wear a mask for everyone's safety. (Please note: both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors!) Mark, Liz and a majority of the guests will have their vaccine(s) by the date of the wedding. We ask all guests attending be vaccinated or wear their mask at all times. There are many elderly and immune compromised guests from both sides; please do not argue against science, just wear a mask or don’t attend the wedding. No hard feelings! Please check the wedding website (instead of bombard the bride/groom/MOG, etc. with texts) for updates regarding the pandemic and their wedding. We will keep guests updated via our wedding website.
It’s an outdoor wedding. Please dress semi-formal and wear comfortable shoes that can be worn on grass!
We love your kids but our wedding (ceremony and reception) is 21+ only. Please enjoy the night off!
We hope to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Dinner will be buffet style.
Yes! Our venue has an on-site motel we will have blocked out in Roscoe, NY. There are two other hotels nearby: The Red Rose Inn & Tavern and the Reynolds House. There are also hotels in Oneonta, NY, Liberty, NY and Livingston Manor, NY. On our websites left side menu, click the “travel” tab to see some options!
The on-sight motel has 30 rooms: they range from king sized bed, 1 double bed and 2 double bed rooms. Depending on bed sizes, they range from $67-$85 for the night. Not only do we suggest the motel because you don’t have to worry about driving, (literally a 30 second walk from our reception to motel), it’s going to be the cheapest option. The motel will be first come, first served. Please note there are cancellation fees if you cancel 2 days or less prior!
Bring a light jacket! Maybe even a change of clothes/shoes for late night shenanigans!
