The ceremony will be outdoors (although there is an indoor chapel in case of rain), but the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Because seating at the reception is assigned and limited, please only bring the number of guests listed on your wedding invitation. Feel free to contact the bride and/or groom with all guest concerns!

Yes, there is a large parking lot for guest use.

Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you choose not to drive or use a transportation service like Uber, there will be a 54-person motorcoach to shuttle guests between the hotel and venue. The motorcoach will arrive at the hotel at 2:40 p.m. on the day of the wedding and will leave exactly at 2:50 p.m. After the reception, the motorcoach will arrive at the venue at 10:00 p.m. to take guests back to the hotel.

Yes, all event locations at Kings Mills are wheelchair-friendly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30 p.m, but please arrive and be seated 10-15 minutes early!

Answer

No, please sit on whichever side of the aisle you'd like.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos, using your cell phone, etc. during the ceremony. There is plenty of time for photos and fun during the reception!

Yes! Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner, desserts, and an open bar will be provided during the reception.
