We first met back in the Summer of 2017 at a friend’s backyard party in Reno, NV. We aren’t sure if we actually spoke to each other, but we remember each other being there. Mark started coming to Panic en la Playa in 2018. We had a lot of mutual friends so, we were definitely hanging out a lot, but one of us was usually dating someone or otherwise not available. Fast forward to January 2023, we were both in Mexico, both single, and both finally happy with our lives. We spent a lot of time together talking, dancing next to each other at the shows, grabbing breakfast together. So much so that are friends kept asking “what’s going on between you two??” We didn’t know! Finally, on the last night of shows, Mark walked Tara back to her room, gave her a hug (again), and walked away to his room. In her tipsy state, Tara sent Mark a text that said “Just in case its not clear, I think you are pretty cool:)” And she waited 16 minutes for Mark to respond “I think you are too”. Yayyyyy!!!!!! And, so, it started!
