Each love story is unique and special in it's own but ours is one for the books. Our love story began in Birmingham, Al where we had our first accidental encounter. It was the day before Thanksgiving in a busy Walmart and Suzanne was looking for green beans for her famous green bean casserole. Mark, an associate there at the time, offered to lend a helping hand. They exchanged light playful banter for a few minutes and went their separate ways thinking they would never see each other again; however God had a different plan in mind. The next day was Thanksgiving and Suzanne's family was out of cranberry sauce and she was sent back to Walmart for some. When Mark saw her for the second time he decided to ask for her number. Each was interested in the other but did not know how the other felt. Suzanne was never the type to hand out her number to just anyone but there was something special about Mark so she did, reluctantly, stating "You can text me for now." Through the years we have grown and matured as individual adults and together as a couple. We have shared and seen one another through many ups and downs such as family deaths, demanding careers, a surprise baby, almost losing the relationship because we didn't always see eye to eye, but through it all we have found an everlasting family, friendship, love, and loyalty. On June 20, 2020 we will cement our future together and begin a new and exciting chapter as husband and wife. In front of family and close friends we will finally become one.
