When Sami met Mark, she instantly knew that he was the one, and she knew this without having talked to him yet. It was love at first sight. She felt his aura and had recognized his soul was the same as her own. Sure enough, as soon as they started talking, their fate was sealed and their love story began. BOTH Kiara and Mark are now the center of her universe and they themselves have a very special relationship between them. The newest Hyena, Sami wears her heart on her sleeve and has no poker face. She is an emotional person who loves her friends dearly. You know when she walks into a room because she makes her presence known. She is the Queen of Makeup and is a very creative person. She loves arts and crafts at home, and dancing with Mark when out. She loves to see the art in everything and is very fashion forward.

Mark, or Marty as most of his friends know him, is a simple man with a big heart. Blessed with a wonderful family and home, he is always willing to share life's blessings with those around him. Whether it's a listening ear, a bad joke, or an attempt at good advice, he's always there for at least a good laugh and a new perspective. But the day Mark met Sami, it was Mark's turn for a new perspective at something. Love entered his life in a way that he only dreamed of... and things have never been the same since. They say you should never settle for love and for the first time in his life, Mark has found someone that is a perfect match in every way he imagined and more. He is happier than he's ever been in his entire life and he is excited to share that happiness with everyone at this wedding!

Michelle has been Sami's absolute best friend for more half of her life. She is more than just a best friend, she is a sister. Even her own mother calls Sami "The Third Sister" as she looks like a cross between Michelle and her sister Corey with whom Sami is also great friends with. Michelle is creative and has a background in ball room dancing. She is also another highly emotional person and an empath. Sami and Michelle are very similar in their personalities and outlooks on life which has helped them continue to be so close after all of these years. Sami could not be happier that Michelle will be by her side at the alter.
Josh Germuga
Best Man
Josh AKA Osca is a true gentleman that is the embodiment of generosity, thoughtfulness, and respect. He is Mark's best friend and they have been friends since the 4th grade. This friendship has played a substantial role in shaping who Mark is today. From Wayne's World and hockey in the basement, to girls, vacation adventures, and 4th of July parties, these 2 have been through everything together. In the good times and the bad, Josh is always willing to step up and make things better by spicing things up with his unique flavor of efficiency, preparation, and kindness. Speaking of flavors, he is also known as "Grill-master Osca" and he can be found at many gatherings at the grill/kitchen showering guests with his culinary talents. Just another example of his giving nature, Josh is truly a man that leads by example.

Known for her colored hair, Erica is a beautiful, smart, t and talented Hyena. Erica was the first to steal Sami as a friend from Mark and it was her idea to join The Hyenas; a name for given our best girlfriend group. Erica is synonymous with intelligence, remaining even keeled, and coming up for smart solutions to problems. Having just earned her Masters in Chemistry, this should come as no surprise! She is our logical problem solving friend and mediator. When there are disagreements, Erica can be a neutral ally to help diffuse situations at hand. Not only is she all of these things, she is also regularly a source of entertainment for our group, BECAUSE SHE SPINS FIRE!

You ever see those sour patch candy commercials where something seems unpleasant and then it's really nice? That's kinda Mike in a nutshell. Sure, he can be a sarcastic wise-ass that ya might wanna slap, but he's also a a great guy that you could always rely on. Mike has a gift for connecting with those around him and his thoughtfulness and attention to detail is only rivaled by his trash talking and competitiveness when playing video games. Kidding aside, Mike and Mark/Marty have been on countless adventures together and Mike has always shown that there are always ways to make things work, even when the odds are stacked against you.. and you can still have fun while doing it.

Liz our very boisterous and headstrong best friend. She is also "Kiara's BFF". She will make her needs known, but unbeknownst to many, 8/10 times there will be some benefit from it. She is a sly Hyena who can orchestrate the most complex of scenarios without a hitch entertaining all who witness said scenarios. She is our Loki our Goddess of Mischief. A Marine Veteran, Liz is not someone to have battle of the wits with. She is always pursing her education and spontaneously travels the world. She has a poodle named Gizmo who is too smart for his own good, but at the same time dumb in other areas. He loves clothes also and is a fashionista. She also shares the same love of pink, neon, and sparkles as the bride.

My is our class clown of the bunch. He can make light of ANY situation and bring humor to any topic. He's great with one liners and puns. He is also the King of Incognito. Don't mind his 8 year old picture, he's been maintaining a clandestine presence on social media for quite some time now. The 3rd M in the M&M&M triforce combo, Mark/Marty, Mike, and My are a trio that fate brought together and the countless adventures they've had together should be published in a book someday but their friendship still has many unwritten chapters left. Times may have changed since they all first met but My still continues to live with the same fierce love for his friends, high energy, and great sense of humor that is the true essence of "Mystylez." And if you're lucky and the planets line up just right, you might even catch some fancy footwork that pays tribute to this alias.

18!!!!! The Queen of RBF, Cassie is the bride's birthday twin. Not the same years or even month for that matter, but they share the Day of 18!!! 18 is both of their favorite numbers. The youngest of the Hyena group, Cassie is witty, smart, has an almost tomboyish quality about her and she takes no BS. She calls things like they are and can MacGyver almost any situation. Her age plays no factor in her critical thinking or resourcefulness, she is unmatched with those two qualities, and only the Groom can come to a close second.
Lloyd Huismann

Lloyd AKA Shize AKA Iron Man. Lloyd can work an iron like no other and in a contest for iron-on decals, he would surely win by a landslide and put all others to shame. To say his work ethic is strong would be the understatement of the century... Although his talent for procrastination can sometimes rival his work ethic at times... He's a reliable friend that you could always count on and he has been friends with Mark since high school. They played hockey together back then and they still do to this day. But it's hard to tell if they've spent more hours on the hockey rink or just sitting back questioning life and wondering about ideas, philosophies, and women. Some mysteries just never can be solved right? Lloyd is mostly known for his unique sense of humor, perceiving the real truth in things, and his heart of gold. Rarely will you find someone as kind, open-minded, thoughtful, and selfless. Just don't talk politics with him please. He might turn into a Hulkamaniac and rip a shirt in two.

Arrow is The People Pleasing Hyena. She is always concerned with making others feel comfortable and is will try to do whatever is in her power to get whatever it is that would provide comfort or at the very least lend an ear. Arrow has a knack for creating looks from items from thrift stores with ease. She is an amazing artist who even painted a mural on groomsman Charlie's basement. Arrow marches to the beat of her own drum and has a very big heart.

Matt AKA Ed is the type of person that can get along with just about anyone. He has been friends with Mark/Marty since high school and his talent for connecting with others and his sense of humor (with a tiny touch of inebriation) has always helped with keeping things interesting. Many basements, bathroom doors, dartboards, and firepits have been devastated, demolished, and destroyed all in the name of good times. Bitter video game rivals, these two have had thousands of hours duking it out in NHL '94, WWF Raw, Halo, Mario Tennis, Guitar Hero.. the list goes on.. but the winner has yet to be crowned.

Heather is our Badass Barbie. She is everything girly but is a badass who takes no BS. Although sometimes shy, she can handle her own and let it be known when a situation isn't handled right or someone isn't being treated right. She is an amazing friend who will go out of her way for you. The Queen of Recommendations, Heather always has someone she can refer you to for just about anything and always has suggestions for great products. Often seen as our mother hen of the group, Heather has a way of tying all of us together and bringing us together at gatherings. She is a super car enthusiast and if you're lucky, you might just be able to ride in it.

Real-Life Tony Stark and Resident DJ for friends. The ever popular DJ Charlie Sacco brings together people like no other. He is extravagant in all aspects of his life, especially tech (hence, Real-Life tony Stark). He loves bringing everyone together. So much so that through his generosity, he frequently finances friend's trips. Being a successful accountant with his own business, this is a breeze when keeping up on everyone's "Sacco Tab". Accountant by Day, DJ by Night, Charlie is the King of House parties. Charlie just wants everyone to have a great time and will do whatever it takes to ensure that happens.

Yvonne AKA Ot AKA Ebon (actually don't call her that, she'll tell you she's not a bird)... Although bitter rivals before Anthony was born, they united (mostly) when the new "favorite" had all the attention. Always providing Mark with some clothing style tips and an academic rival to compete with... Mark repaid her by assisting with the age old and daily question, "Is my make-up even?" and also answering unwanted house calls and telling people she wasn't home (yes back in the day when people still called the landline). Yvonne is a rare breed that can be as fierce as she is kind. The sweetest of sweethearts and yet she can cut you down as quick as you deserve it. This former national cheerleading champion is no push-over. But what she's mostly known for is that she's always looking out for others and she has an awesome talent for making others smile. Mark can always count on her for support and guidance with anything... and of course sessions of nerding out on comics/shows too.

Mark's younger brother yet somewhat older brother in some ways.. he's the "favorite" child of the family... cuz yeah, we all probably love him the most... Kidding aside, Yvonne and Mark can agree that he's definitely the responsible one out of the three siblings.. although he knows damn well how to cut loose and have fun when the time's right. Truly the King of thoughtfulness, one of his superpowers is knowing what might be the perfect gift to give for holidays/birthdays. I.T. by day, gamer by night, racing leagues on the weekends, and he sprinkles some snowboarding in with friends when he can. Quiet at some times and hilarious at others, Anthony is a great mix of humor, kindness, and diligence. Toss in some great taste in music and well, ya got a recipe for someone Mark is damn proud to call his brother.

Pirate by Day... Nightclub Legend by Night! Has more stories than ANYONE... Literally DAYS of stories! Ozzie has THE best "Story Time". Ozzie is the husband of our Matron of Honor Michelle. When Sami first met Ozzie and Michelle they had already been dating. Their type of love was something that Sami had longed and hoped for her entire life and then she found it with Mark. Ozzie is the most dependable guy one could ever meet and has snarky responses for days. He is Royalty in Clubland and knows everyone you need to know. He is the Empanada master, and if you haven't had one of his empanadas, that sucks for you. You're missing out. Ozzie is always there for anyone who needs it and has a lot of wisdom from various experiences. So if you need advice, Ozzie is your guy.

Famously known as D-Lo, her social prowess is a force of nature that most people can't resist. With the ability to make friends with practically anyone, she has a gift for connecting people and is a huge reason why Marty Parties have evolved to epic proportions. She's a ball of energy that keeps those around her smiling, laughing, and dancing... just don't put on bad music (or get her hair wet) or you'll have to suffer her wrath... her taste in music is only trumped by her taste in food.. which is only trumped by her appetite. Don't let her tiny body fool you.. this Mayo Queen can eat a billion calories and burn them all in the same night with her fast talking, endless laughter, and limitless dancing.

Our precious spunky, feisty, and HILARIOUS girl will be by our side and leading the way for her mom the bride by way of flower petals. Kiara is the resident celebrity everyone is always asking about her and for her. Her name is synonymous with a fiery personality. While she is a VERY spunky girl who gives her mom and Mark a run for their money, she is very mature for her age and is the sweetest, most polite person you will EVER meet. She goes out of her way to make everyone happy and is constantly sharing everything with everyone. Her heart is so big we're shocked that her little body can contain it. Everyone she meets is enamored by her humor and kindness. She has no trouble making friends and some even fight over the top spot for BFF (::cough:: Liz and Erica). She is hard to forget once you meet her, and always the star of the show. This beautiful blue-eyed blonde haired beauty loves everything rainbows and unicorns, and has a bottomless pit for a stomach (when it comes to snacks at least)!
